Welcome to the Kidderminster CTC

Hello, and welcome to the Kidderminster CTC's website.

Rides

We hold regular rides on Sundays throughout the year, and occasional Youth Hostel weekends, plus tours at Easter and other Bank Holidays.

We have recently introduced new Wednesday morning rides which start at 10am, Brintons Park, Sutton Road, Kidderminster. These rides have a relaxed pace so are an ideal introduction to cycling or an opportunity for a social ride. For further details please see the rides list. We also hold Wednesday evening pub rides during the summer.

If you would like to join us on one of our rides we suggest that you carry a basic tool kit which should include tyre levers and a spare tube and waterproofs. Full mudguards are recommended and during the winter months a full set of lights. Since we do not return to Kidderminster until late afternoon, sandwiches should be carried to cover the lunch break.

The 'A’ ride goes a little further and faster than the ‘B’ ride; both last all day. The ‘C’ ride will arrive back in Kidderminster for a late lunch.

All rides meet at The Green, Blakebrook, Kidderminster – at the crossroad on the A456 opposite the General Hospital.

Please see the Club Rides page for further details on ride destinations and start times

After four rides we will encourage you to join the CTC and benefit from all CTC activities and initiatives. See the link to the CTC webpage on the left for further details.

Winter Club Meeting

Between September to May we hold an evening meeting at The Lock Pub, Wolverley, near Kidderminster. This happens once a month, on the second Wednesday of each month. The evening starts at 8pm and there is either a show (digital, slide, video), quiz or a talk given by members, friends or a guest speaker, this ends at around 9.30pm and includes a short break half way through.

Please see the Winter Club Meeting page for further details on activities.
